The [boring] life of a SAHM

So I think I blogged about how we were shopping and Braxton saw some baby girl clothes, picked a dress off the rack and said "sissy" (he's done that twice now and the last time we let him pick out an outfit-he picked out a pink sleeper.) Well we have this closet that I have all of Addies stuff in and I told Braxton thats baby sissy's stuff. He loves to get in there and drag out her shoes while hollering "sis-sy" It's adorable. But lately whenever anyone comes over, as soon as they get in the door he tells them "Baby Sissy", grabs their hand and leads them to her closet full of stuff where he proceeds to show them all of sissys clothes, shoes, hats, etc. It is soooo cute. He is so excited.

I'm getting anxious. FOUR more months until she's here. These 5 months have gone by sooo fast I cannot believe tomorrow I will be 20 weeks! So anyways, lately I feel like we have NO time to get stuff ready. I mean-I know we have 4 months but it still seems like she's going to be here tomorrow. One night I went on this huge cleaning spree (If you know me you know I am SO not a cleaning person-I hate it) wanting to get our room set up for Addie because "we have no time" I ended up making a bigger mess by dragging everything out, trying to get everything put away where it goes and then getting too tired to go on and haven't done anything since. So today I'm going to try to get that all fixed. I have a problem cleaning though....I don't take as many breaks as I should. I just get on this cleaning spree, end up wearing myself out and having to take a few days to recover. LOL Thats not good. Yesterday I cleaned until my legs felt like jelly, my head was spinning and I started cramping. Maybe I should set a "15 minute timer" so when it goes off thats my que to take a break! hahah


Okay so when I sat down I didn't intend to write all that. I've been cooped up in the house for days...stupid weather...and in desperate need of human *adult* interaction. I have tons of toddler interaction...lol
